This mount can rotate and tilt to almost any angle

Directions:

Wrap one of your Handlbar Mount Pads around a tubular surface. Then put your Handlebar Mount around that. Screw your Tachyon XC's Swivel Mount into the screw in the top of the mount. Then slip your Tachyon XC camera into the Swivel Mount. You are now ready to go!

You may find that wrapping a few rubber bands around the tubular surface before putting on the mounting pads, will help to prevent slippage
